Pontypridd FC under 13s claimed their first ever win under the club’s banner earlier today, defeating Bargoed YMCA Yellows 9-1 in their TERV League match. It is a fantastic result for the Ponty youngsters and very much deserved after some good performances so far this season. That they have got a win on the board so early in the season is testament to the improvement the young players have made under coaches Bradley Harris, Graeme Jones, Ryan Wheeler and Nigel Wheeler.
Today’s goals included FOUR for captain Mani Owen, a brace for Evan Siewczyk and further goals from Cameron Cousins, Matthew Williams and Ruben Owen.
