Following no update last week (apologies for that, work commitments), we can now bring you up to date with the state of play in the Pontypridd FC fantasy football league. Two matchdays have elapsed since the last update so here’s what’s happened.
In MD2, TOTW consisted of: P. Dennis (0 pts), R. James (25), A. Davies (25), J. Vellam (70, capt), K. Cook (10), H. Morgan (10), L. Griffiths (19). A team worth 159 points. Manager of the week for MD2 was Piotr Tolak with 124 points.
MD3 saw a TOTW that looked like this: P. Dennis (0 pts), R. James (15), G. Kear (15), J. Vellam (20), Huw Ward (78, capt), Huw Morgan (10), C. Mugadza (13). That team was worth 151 points. Adam Davies is the manager of the week, scoring 151 points – a fantastic achievement to equal the TOTW pts tally.
In terms of the overall leaderboard, Liam Griffiths led after MD2 but has since been overtaken by Adam Davies. The wing back – who is now on duty with the Royal Navy – holds a 17 point lead over his nearest rival Piotr Tolak.
