After a two week break Pontypridd suffered a disappointing home defeat to Trecenydd, conceding 3 goals in the last five minutes.
Following a 4-3 win at Hopkinstown in the last match, it was hoped Pontypridd would kick on in their bid for promotion. A good first half saw Ponty lead 1-0 at half-time through Daniel Perry’s first goal for the club. On another day the lead would have been greater.
The same standards couldn’t be matched in the second-half and Trecenydd drew themselves level. However as the game seemed to be heading for a draw, the visitors struck three times late on to secure a victory.
