It was disappointing to learn last week that Caerphilly Argyle have decided to withdraw from the TERV League effective immediately. It means all results involving Caerphilly Argyle have been expunged from the league record. In real terms, it means Pontypridd have lost 4 points from the two games played against Caerphilly Argyle. The league table and first team player stats will now reflect this.
On behalf of everyone at Pontypridd Football Club we wish well everybody involved at Caerphilly Argyle and the best of luck in any future football endeavours. From our experience, they were a friendly and genuine group of people and we would like to thank them especially for their generous hospitality after our recent match at Aneurin Park.
