Pontypridd FC missed the opportunity to guarantee TERV Premier Division status next season with a home defeat to bottom of the league FC Trecenydd.
Two first-half goals gave the visitors from Caerphilly the points and they were fully deserving of the victory, outplaying a woeful Ponty side in every department.
The result means Pontypridd can still mathematically slip into the bottom three and need one more win to ensure safety for next season.
