Pontypridd FC congratulates youth team player Mani Owen on receiving his RCT Schools FA county cap last week. Mani, 16, has been a mainstay in the club’s junior side since our formation four years ago and will play an important role in youth and senior football for the club in the coming season.
Club chairman Nigel Wheeler, who has coached Mani since he was 8 years old, commented following the presentation:
“It’s really pleasing to see Mani get recognition from RCT Schools. He has developed so much as a player in recent years. I know how proud he is to have been awarded, it is well deserved and everyone at Pontypridd FC is very proud of him.”
