Pontypridd fell to a crushing defeat away to Ynysybwl, conceding eight goals for the first time in a competitive first team match.
Starting in a calamitous fashion, Ponty were four down against a clinical Ynysybwl side inside 20 minutes. Geraint Lewis and Lewis Taylor struck to reduce the deficit but four unanswered goals either side of half-time added to the humiliation.
The only consolation was a late Huw Morgan goal prevented a new club-record first team defeat.
