Pontypridd put an end to a five-match losing streak with a win in a nine-goal thriller with Bargoed at Ynysangharad Park. A Huw Morgan double, as well as goals from Mani Owen, Ryan Jones and Hywel Patterson, gave Ponty a 5-3 lead at half-time. Despite a late fourth goal for the visitors, Ponty held on for a vital win – the first home win of the season.
