Two goals in second-half added time condemned Ponty to defeat in the first round of the South Wales FA Senior Cup against Cardiff Athletic. Goals from Liam Ormson and Daniel Perry either side of half-time looked set to take the Black Sheep through by that late double strike at Ynysangharad Park meant Ponty were forced to dream for another year of a cup run.
