Moyle’s momentum is maintained in derby win

First Team, Match Report

Ashley Moyle scored twice as Pontypridd picked up their first league win of the season with an emphatic win over Graig in the Ynysangharad Park derby.

Moyle has now scored nine goals in five league appearances this season and is currently the TERV Premier’s top scorer this season.

Aled Evans got Ponty off to a great start with a third minute strike before Moyle’s double set the Black Sheep on course for a much-needed win.

Even injury to stand-in goalkeeper Piotr Tolak could not spoil Ponty’s day. Tom Frowen completed the rout in injury time which avenged defeat to Graig in the reverse fixture earlier in the campaign.
