Pontypridd AFC Reserves’ league campaign got off to the worst possible start with a home defeat against a strong Rhydyfelin AFC Reserves side at the Maritime Recreation Ground.
Max Wells starred for the visitors with five goals. The Black Sheep will no doubt dust themselves off and look to recover in Monday night’s Greyhound Cup visit to Premier Division side Cilfynydd AFC.
