Yesterday’s Taff Ely Rhymney Valley League Division One home fixture against Mason’s Arms FC was abandoned after 80 minutes because the opposition left the field after Levi Thomas had scored to give Pontypridd a 5-4 lead and did not return to complete the match.
The Black Sheep had fought back from 3-1 down in the first half; a hat-trick from Aled Evans driving the comeback.
We await further instruction from the League Management Committee on the outcome on the match.
