A tough assignment for Pontypridd Reserves as they suffered defeat on the road to an accomplished Cwmfelin side.
With several new faces in the starting line-up, Ponty got off to a flying start through Josh Jones’ goal. But the home side turned things around quickly and held a 2-1 lead at half-time.
In the second-half, Cwmfelin made the ball do the work on the heavy Fochriw pitch and despite their best efforts a tiring Black Sheep side couldn’t prevent of a glut of late goals that gave the scoreline an ugly look.
